Our Partner is a Global Outsourcing organization looking for IT specialists to accompany them on a great journey towards success!

Tasks

  • Lead group-based teaching sessions with students.
  • Mentor and support students throughout their learning journey.
    Design and launch new IT courses from inception to release, collaborating with experts across various technical disciplines.
    Develop curricula and educational plans.
  • Analyze and interpret skills matrices and candidate requirements for those trained in these courses.
  • Create comprehensive educational materials, including theoretical content, practical exercises, tests, and case studies.
  • Integrate modern educational technologies into corporate learning.
  • Incorporate gamification to enhance the learning experience.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of NIX educational courses.
  • Provide training consultation to instructors.

Expectations

  • Deep knowledge of Computer Science.
  • Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: Linux, DevOps, Java, .NET, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information and educational resources.
  • Strong skills in task planning, analysis, and structuring.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capable of working both collaboratively and independently.
