Facilities and Transportation Management: Oversee the organization and management of contracted buses, shuttle services, office rentals, site maintenance, and cleaning services at various locations.

Office Operations and Supplies: Manage the procurement of office supplies, determine workwear eligibility, maintain the mobile phone fleet, and oversee vending machines and meal-related policies.

Vehicle Fleet and Rental Management: Develop policies for the company vehicle fleet, schedule service appointments, manage rental vehicles, and handle related administrative tasks.

Administrative and Logistical Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as sorting mail, uploading invoices, coordinating with external partners, monitoring visa processes, and arranging business travel.

Event and Hospitality Coordination: Organize team-building events, manage reception and guest services, coordinate meeting and office bookings, and oversee canteen and meal services.
Expectations
