We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer for our partner who manufactures medical technical aids in Vas County!
Tasks
Preparation, coordination, wrap-up and leading of customer audits / technical visits
For key accounts, organizing and leading preparation meetings
Follow up of customer audit findings, preparing CAPA plans
Follow up of CAPA’s internally, ensure proper communication with relevant departments
Active communication with customers for clarifications regarding information received for customer claims
Review of batch records, evaluation of data
Active participation in Root Cause Analysis and coordinating of involvement of relevant departments
Coordination and documentation of clarifications with other intern departments, prepare comprehensive official complaint answers mostly in English to customers
Participation on follow up calls with customers if required
Management of samples as of customer claims (reception of samples, identification of samples, storage of samples, archiving of samples, and in case of need to send professionally samples for external investigation)
CRM data management, and monthly update
Expectations
Requires Egineering or Technical Degree (preferred MSc)
Quality experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred min. 3 years, but not precondition
Fluent, high-level English language skill
Root cause analysis methods: 5Why, Ishikawa
MS office knowledge
