The Fleet Ops Data Analyst will support regional fleet coordinators and the European fleet manager by managing, organizing, and cleaning Excel-based databases, ensuring data accuracy and quality. Tasks

  • Support regional fleet coordinators and the European fleet manager
  • Actively collaborate with regional fleet coordinators and the European fleet manager to efficiently support their data clean-up projects.
  • Execute tasks related to fleet operations based on received instructions, supporting daily operations and achieving long-term strategic goals.
  • Organize and consolidate Excel-based databases received from various regions and sources into a unified and accessible format.
  • Clean received files and data, identifying and correcting errors or missing information.
  • Forward the cleaned and organized databases to suppliers, fleet specialists, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Compile payroll reports, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of payroll-related data for fleet management.

Expectations

  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with various functions, macros, and pivot tables.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience in data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of fleet management and operational processes.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and preparing reports.
  • Fluency in English with polite, professional communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges
