Tasks
- Support local operations management team and serve the whole project to realize business targets
- Be responsible for the set-up of the production support system in Hungary, ensure that all operational indicators of the KPI goals are achieved
- Be responsible for several responsibilities in the Production area, including employee training system, headcount and operation budgeting and cost control, manpower planning, KPI management, employee caring system, smart factory establishment
- Support customer audits
- Assist in various duties the project management team and the Operations Director
Expectations
- Higher education degree
- Fluent Chinese, English, and Hungarian language skill
- At least 5 years' experience in industry, preferably in the automotive sector
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, cooperativeness and leadership skills
- Taking on site work in Debrecen
- An advantage: experience in greenfield investments
